Scott B. Bennett
Scott B. Bennett founded the Bennett Law Center in 2010 and has guided its growth over the last several years.
Scott is a native South Floridian who is fluent in both English and Spanish. Scott earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami. He then enrolled at the University of Miami School of Law where he graduated at the top of his class. While in law school, Scott studied International and Comparative Law in Oxford, England. Scott also gained critical litigation experience in law school during his time as an intern with Florida State Attorney’s Office.
Scott began his legal career upon entering the Florida Bar in 1991. After a short time, Scott became a partner at the firm of Corirossi and Bennett, P.A. where he remained until opening his own practice.
Scott’s long history in the South Florida community has allowed him to develop many long standing personal and professional relationships. Scott’s upbringing in South Florida also inculcated in him a strong desire to always adamantly and passionately advocate for his clients who are usually those most in need.
Scott has over 25 years of experience representing individuals and businesses in all manner of personal injury, slip and fall and other negligence claims. Scott also dedicates his practice to the areas of criminal defense and business disputes and general civil litigation.
Scott has a sterling record in the South Florida legal community and has won numerous million dollar settlements for his clients which has earned Scott membership to the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Scott has also been distinguished by his peers with an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell. Scott has also gained admission to the United States District Court for Southern District Court of Florida and is a member of the U.S. Federal Trial Bar.
